Once again in autumn my girlfriend and I went to one of our favorite places to take some photos – to the Almtal in Upper Austria. In autumn, when the trees and plants change the color from green to red, orange and yellow it is really beautiful to walk around and enjoy the nature. The weather was not the best, it was a bit cloudy and in the beginning, the sun was not out.

I used my new Fujifilm X-T2 with the Fujinon 16-55 F2.8 for my photos (RAW with some tweaking in Lightroom CC)

I shot some nature details and the forest. My first sight was a dead tree that pointed out the way we should take.

After over an hour of wandering along the path, we decided to go back and eventually the sun came out and made some gorgeous landscape shots possible.

It was a very enjoyable walk and once again the Almtal delivered beautiful sights. It is always worth a visit as there is so much to explore. We will definitely come back soon. I hope you enjoyed the pictures! Also, my new Fujifilm X-T2 performed very well. The camera is a joy to use and delivers stunning pictures!

Cheers Tom
